The Erminia Residence, consisting of six apartments, it is located on the first floor of a splendid "marine" style villa. The "Residence" formula is able to offer its guests high standards of comfort combined with a low cost of living (all inclusive). The flats (for two, three and four people) they are bright, well ventilated and particularly fresh, each equipped with bathroom and kitchenette. Some also have outdoor veranda spaces available. It is also possible to add a third bed for children (obviously for a fee).

It is really ideal for those who want to experience a real stay in contact with the sea and forget the car stopped for the whole holiday period.  It does not have private parking, but the area has numerous adjacent spaces for free and paid parking (give her 19.00 Everyone 1.00). The area is very central and you can easily access the sea, which is in front of the structure, having the possibility to choose between the free beach or the nearby fully equipped bathing establishments (to pay). 

Dal Residence si possono inoltre raggiungere a piedi il porto ed il centro città che distano circa 100 mt.Per la posizione centrale (quindi trafficata) e la presenza di numerosi locali ed attività commerciali nell’intorno è sconsigliato ai meno giovani ed alle coppie con bambini molto piccoli e comunque a chiunque non sopporti la classica “movida” estiva del week-end.
